So I got up around midday today and made my girlfriend and I pancakes with bacon and maple syrup to start our day off (with a generous amount of strong black coffee). I'm now about...

So thankfully I wasn't on BBC1 tonight looking like a fool. Luckily those Apprentice people edited out any footage of me walking into shot or having Naomi bump into me and asking a dumb question (with me snapping back at her - "which one?")
But it made us look good and them even worse than before, and that's okay.
So off to see Scooby Doo...

Thank you for your insight. What I find to be one of the most interesting points is that so many people refuse to trust their government (coming from the US, I know this pretty firsthand), yet these same people are willing to believe the most outlandish conspiracy theories while having NO IDEA who they are trusting in doing so. Most people who watch the "Loose Change" film made about how the "government orchestrated 9/11" have no clue that the guy who made it is pretty much a loser good for nothing drop out....
Ooh, a new blog...
Why - because it's been a while and I've made an effort to start using my exercise bike, I've started writing again and... why not!
So I'm back into the screen play. When I fired up the actual document it hadn't been edited since last October, which is bad on my part - although I have been making notes using another...

So I woke up today and the weather was crap; really windy, wet, cold and simply miserable.
Yesterday I woke up and the weather was glorious - but yesterday I was in Spain where as today I'm back home.
Why Spain? Well those nice people at work sent me over for 3 days to prep for a shoot in the next couple of weeks. Which...

So Xmas is now offically over and we're into New Year's Season. Wow it went fast too - mind you working Xmas eve and Boxing day (26th for those of you who don't have it in your country) made it seem really short.
I got a stack of DVDs, a nice framed drawing from a very talented friend who used to sell his prints (this...

So, still not much to say except I'm not sleeping at all well.
First I thought it was to do with getting used to having another person in my bed, but Lou hasn't stayed over for th last few nights. Then I thought it was because of the shoot I was directing/producing yesterday and being stressed about that (but still didn't sleep well last night)...

Longtime no blog - not much to say really.
Been working hard, been hanging out with my new girlfriend, and not doing much else.
The Halloween party went well, must get into DJing more around town - first must do a mix cd as a calling card...

Party Party Party!
Monday night I'm helping throw a Halloween party in a bar in Town (I know it's a day early but it fits in with the shift pattern at work) and hopefully it will be the first of many such events - we're hoping to start a regular monthly night of musical madness (we don't stick to any one genre, and why should...

So it's gone really cold this afternoon. I might have to put the heating on in the flat (but am a bit scared as not done that before so hopefully it won't break down or leak or something that means calling plumbers out or whatever).
Apart from that, I've had quite a productive day (inspired by Mallory's blog of yesterday). I managed to tidy...

So, I've just been laughing rather hard at "Extras", especially as a friend was in it.
Again Ricky Gervais delivers a remarkable series that is laugh out loud funny, poignant and quite spot on with its criticism of various aspects of life and the media.
I still can't believe he's having a go at the BBC like that and getting them to broadcast it.
