So I promised pics from the holidays and now I will deliver.
First was Julia's 6th birthday shindig - she had a Strawberry Shortcake themed party and she made out ike a bandit with gifts. She got a huge stuffed pony from my mom that she was dying for, a plug n play etch-a-sketch game for teh tv, 2 barbie dolls a my little pony set, a barbiw horse drawn carriage that she really wanted and a bunch of accessories and mixes for her easy bake oven. Some of my favorite pictures from the party were:
The cake:
Zo always has to do something silly when u wanna take his picture:
This has become my most favoritest picture of the two of them:
The best part of the party was right after we cut the cake and served the ice cream the cops proceeded to bust up the party because people were parked along the road. Let me just say there is NO parking on my street whatsoever and my driveway only fits about 4 cars and theres no shoulder on my road at all. It was quite hilarious because Bills sisters Envoy got stuck in teh ditch in front of my house and we had to use my Blazer to pull her big expensive SUV out LOL
The next morning was Christmas Eve so we got p early and baked some Christmas Cookies - Zo helped but I didnt get any pics of him since I wasnt in control of teh camera and he kept running ioff to play XBOX:
After baking and decorating the cookies and baking 3 pies we left to go spend the Christmas Eve afternoon and evening with Bills parents where my kids were again spoiled with way too many presents. Some of my favorite pics of the evening were:
Zo practicing to be the next Taylor Hicks:
My goofballs:
I look like CRAP in these pics but I was surviving off of 3 hrs sleep and alot of working/cooking/cleaning that took it all outta me!:
This was my tree and wreath this year (i made the wreath about 10 yrs ago and it still holding up nicely though I did replace the bow this year and this is the first time I have ever had an artificial tree since i was a kid):
Christmas morning pics - I wish i had gotten a pic of all the presents around the tree - Santa had to move the damn furniture to make it all fit this year there was way too many so I am picking my personal faves to share:
Zo got this dinosaur thing and I love how we captured his exact reaction to the toy in these pics:
