Well I got talked into going out last night and checking out a few more of the local night spots, the brewery is a great venue and I'll have to check it out again when there is a bit more action than last night.

Fanny's is a real dive, reminds me so much of the "jet club" in Dee Why... I am refusing to ever go there again. Although the back room had some reasonable breaks playing and I had a bit of a dance there.

Anyway my 9am-11am lecture this morning for australian fauna was hell due to a bit of a throbbing head, however had a good chat with a few people about this weekends field trip, which while involving quite a bit of work sounds like it will be alot of fun... at least more fun than the 3000 word report I have to write up about it afterwards.
