Disneyland was great. It rained, as I hoped it would, and it was as fun as I thought it would be. Yay! 
I'm really exited today because I bought Avid Xpress Pro on ebay for about half the retail price! Now I can edit at home (I've been editing at work on weekends and after hours.) I'll still be able to digitize & output my footage at work (I have to since I don't have a camera or a deck), so now I have the best of both worlds. I have two projects that I'm working on: a pilot for a talk show that a friend at work is producing, and a documentary about the rise and fall of my favorite LA radio station, The Fabulous 690 AM. The latter is sort of a labor of love. It's my "baby."
Anyway, I hope everyone is enjoying 2006 so far.
