Hi everyone it's Journal Poetry Day! Here are a few things a wrote I hope you like them
Karen
It was at the time of
the half moon and the spring
and the harvest and new year
when she fell into my lap with
a smile and a laugh.
A laugh that rose to the sky and
teased the scarlet haired
Lady of Love
I love the smile in her eyes
When she laughs and tickles
and teases
Then skitters from me
in a playful game.
Her laughter encases me.
And then, with such beautiful force,
the wind escapes my sails and
I go flying towards the
warm soft
bed
and into her waiting arms.
A One Time Deal
It was a one time deal
A fuck without emotion
"Turn it off", she said
Pull it out quickly
dont feel
I tried what she said
Tried not to feel
To not adore her
I didnt know her
Didnt own her
or owe her anything
Just a friend
a fuck
a "do"
Only for one night
quick-hot-sex after
a day of expectations
Moving from place to place
But moving from here to the bed
In my mind
hoping
waiting
Admiring the curve of her jaw
The slope of her neck
Her eyes
Falling for
Falling for
Her
She who doesnt love anymore
Wants to be meat
Wants to be the strumpet
WANTS to be the harlet
To ease the pain of love
Turn it off, she said
like her.
It was the mind of this "meat"
The soul
the mind
so beautiful
creative
Wise
she knows
knows what to do
how to act
And took the next man
The NEXT one
After me
not caring
She fucked him too
And didnt care
That I could love
her mind
and soul
her words and mind
Now the pain
The soul wrenching
Pain
of the stupid old ass-hole
Who left the door open too long
too wide
And let adoration slip out and work its way
into my heart, past the faux armor
of loves past
And she laughs
LAUGHS
At that pain
And will do it again
and AGAIN
While I sit
Like the fool
Watching
And adoring
her
And her mind
and her soul
and her words
Thinking she is so much
Lovlier,
Better than she'll
Ever think
she
is
A Bit About Time
Every watch on earth
Is 5 minutes
behind
The real time,
Which is 5 minutes
Ahead of what everyone
thinks
The real
time
is
I hope they arent too depressing...the second one was writen at a bad time in my life a few years ago.

There's drama on the boards about every six months or so. That's why I generally stay off of them. Oh well, it all passes.
