Hello Dirty Birdies!
I hope you all have been exceptionally well! I am doing much better these days! The other week I had the flu! :/ It was awful! Like super, terribly, horribly awful! I was calling it "Satan's Wrath" because I was in bed for nearly 5 days. The good news is I rested up, took my vitamins, and plenty of fluids! So now I am my chipper self again!
I've been a super busy bee! I've been Working on my resolutions (see last blog for reference)! One was getting out more and having a social life outside of work! I'm glad to report I've been doing that! I've been making time to hang out with my closest friends. I've got to tell you all my friends are just fucking incredible! I'm a lucky girl! Great energy and good vibes!

Also I've been taking 3 days off a week (SAY WHHHAAA?)
I'm finally shooting again after a slight hiatus! Now that I'm back in shape I feel more confident behind the lens! My best friends Domino, Pixie, and I are doing a group shoot this Wednesday! Also the rest of my January is booked! I even had my first shoot of the year the Saturday before last... Don't worry some previews are later in this blog! But stay tuned for all the exciting things coming soon from yours truly <3!
Next Subject is COMIC CON...
You may have seen Pixie & I there yesterday in our cosplay! THUNDERCATS HO! It was magical! Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to be Cheetara (I believe this explains my obsession with leopard print...Well that and Peg Bundy ;D )! The amazing Claire Brooksbank came to my place and full body painted Pixie & I. Nearly 3 hours each and damn was it worth it.
The Con was a blast! So much good cosplay! Pixie & I got a little overwhelmed by all the people who wanted photos of us though!
But I just want to say something I feel is very important! A note to my fellow nerds STOP QUIZING GIRLS AT COMIC CON! SERIOUSLY JUST STOP! I wanted to roam around the con and have fun! I DID NOT WANT to have annoying dudes quizzing me on Thundercats trivia.
So I'll explain what I'm talking about...At one point I lost Pixie right before we had to leave. We had to work that night and I was a little overwhelmed . Losing friends at Comic Con is frightening! I was on the verge of having a panic attack. I ran down the aisle yelling "Lion-o" and One of the vendors responded "I don't know where Lion-o is but I have his sword." He asked me for a picture and I responded "Ok! But I want to hold Lion-o's sword." Enter Quizzing nerd from the Right... "Do you even know what his sword is called".
This dude had nothing to do with our conversation. As I'm trying to pose for this picture I respond "Listen I didn't come to comic con to be quizzed, I just want to do my thing and not answer questions all damn day." He then responds "It's the eye of Thundara just letting you know." I looked at him "I know what it's called."
...sword of omens...dumb ass (thinking in my head)
I then set the sword down and continued on my quest to find Pixie.
I don't understand why it's so hard to grasp that I came to comic con dressed as Cheetara because... JUST MAYBE I watched Thundercats religiously as a child.
"Were you even alive when Thundercats came out" ... Dude I'm 26 and have you ever heard of reruns? Also we live in an grand age of technology and youtube.
"You are an attractive girl so you have to be just dressing up because it's TRENDY!
DUDE A lot of attractive girls are LEGIT nerds. We probably have more collectables and comics than you. We have the original Star Wars trilogy on VHS (before Lucas made the special edition) and we can recite it by heart. We can also whip your ass at a game of magic. So back the fuck off because I don't have to justify how much of a nerd I am to you. *Drops Mic*.

On the subject of twerk though I'm still shaking my titties 3-4 nights a week! If you are in Portland you can see me dancing at LUCKY DEVIL LOUNGE & SASSYS! I post my schedule every week on my Xoticspot . Also who lives in NOLA?! I'm partying there for Mardi Gras! I cannot wait to party! I'll be there2/5-2/19 <3
The upside to being sick is it helped my cleanse along. #witnessthesickness ;) Every end of December-March I do a no alcohol/no crappy food cleanse. I'm trying to make it a permanent thing this year but I'm at this point just trying to make it to the 3 months of clean habits. I'm already down 8lbs and I'm feeling great! I've been regularly working out at the gym again (except for the week before last because I was sick). It's amazing how when you cut out booze and crappy food you fit into your clothes again!
So the shoot I mentioned earlier... It's time to talk about it!
I shot with an extremely talented traveling photographer Ryan Marcus. I cannot express how much I love these photos! Working with him blew my mind because we were so in sync as a photographer and model!

I hope to work with him again very soon! I'm feeling great about modeling right now. I'm confident and ready to rock these upcoming shoots I have booked! I am so excited!
