You know it's amazing to see how your life can take a180 degree turn from what you thought it would be only a short few years ago. Not just that but how your path in life can, not just change but change dramatically, in such a very short time. I went from doin whatever illegal substance offered to me in college, only a few short years ago ('97) to pretty much being totally clean, because of the job that I chose to enter into. I went from refusing to apply at places that required drug tests simply on the principle of the fact, to submitting myself to not just drug test but background checks etc. just for the opportunity to work for someone!!!
Anyway I suppose everything happens for a reason, and the funny thing about that is when I personally hear other people say that to me it's usually after one of my relationships have ended and hearing someone say those words to me makes me want to punch them. Because deep down I know it's true but it's just hard to admit sometimes.......But anyway enough rambling I gotta get some sleep, not even sure anyone will see this post or care if they do but hey it helped me so fuck it. later all hope the wind will be forever at your back and the stars shine bright for you to find your way back home.
