I spent the day today doing some volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, framing and sheathing new homes for low income families. That equals hauling lumber, sheetgoods and swinging a hammer for 7+ hours in 90 degree weather. I feel great and it was alot of fun, but by tomorrow I'm gonna feel like I got in a fight with a wall.
