I don't know if your in to it, but I like M.O.D. alot and they will be playing next month at The Rockwell. July 7th. Also, the weekend following that show, is the Sounds of the Underground Tour in Tulsa, OK. That's July 10th. Buncha hardcore bands, Madball is supposed to play. I can't wait to see them again.
I love me some hardcore, so July is looking up for me.

I just got my hair cut and I absolutely love it, I'm going to get some pictures up in the next week or so because it has made me happy, I love coming out after getting my hair cut and really feeling satisfied, not just, "yeah, it looks a little better"

i'm an english lit. major at my school (they don't offer creative writing as a mojor - major bummer - excuse the pun) anyway - i was thinking of ending each stanza with the same line and amybe moving the stanzas in my poem around - which of the three ending lines do you think is the strongest? because i want some continuoity to the poem to tie the three stanzas together - just thought i'd scratch your brain a bit.
also - your boy troubles will work themselves out the way they are "supposed" to eventually - and i don't think kc is a vice - i think it actually rather boring, to tell the truth! but then again i'm not a real bar hoppin' clubbin' girl - i like to chill at a small joint with my friends. then again i promised the people i work with at the tattoo shop that i would go out drinking with them - kind of a fun but scary proposal!

you don't need that shit on your plate right now - you seem like a decent person and any decent person deserves another decent person - don't settle for less. i know it's hard - i've been there. but sometimes things are hard in life. give him some space to realize what an awesome catch you are and maybe he will settle down some - if not then he's not right for you. it's better to know sooner rather than later. take care of yourself first, then other people.

As for Sundays, the Grand Emporium is under new management, so I'm not sure if they still have punk rock Sundays or not. But, Fred P. Otts on the country club plaza always has something good to offer on Sundays. Last Sunday was some strange French punk rock with saxaphones ensemble. I'll keep youse updated though, 'cause I'm nice like that.
