I'm so tempted to just start a blog- like, a REAL one to actually document my research, political discussions, and maybe just a couple personal things...
I had a private one for a while; I was trying to stay away from the whole drama thing. But blogs actually have a tint of coolness now. (I never updated mine because after a while I'm the only person who gets to read it- so what's the point if I miss a few days?)
I'm currently writing a book and I'm worried that if I do my research too quickly I'll lose focus. This has happened to me before- which is kind of why I started the private blog. Maybe I'm just finally comfortable with the idea of putting my ideas out there now... Maybe I don't mind being one of the many suckers on the Internet...
We'll see.

Topic? The best thing that I've found about "blogging", (and no, not the attention whoring type) is that you can quickly assess where you were xyz ago, mentally, physically, et al.
Hopefully, one will have learned something.
