Another one to say fuck to those fuckin' computers...I'm goin insane with them!!! Everyday a new shit happen, when it's not with mine it's with my mother's one... WHY? For sure mine is to old, but my mother computer have just one week, a friend of her came & ruin everything so i lost 2h tryin' to understand that the only solution is to bring it back to the store so i lost my hunger for anger 
The final result it's me with a bottle of wine instead bangin' my head against the wall...........................................
N.B. :The wine is good (a MERLOT), but i hate their plastic caps, they ruin our tradition.
