It was actually hard. I had done a soft, 1day. i said for 1 day i would go on, and i went on like 6 times but really fast. And at the end on the day on Wednesday I realized it had to stop. and On that day where I said I wouldn't go on, I got more work done in one day than I usually get done in a whole week. So yesterday I deactivated.

every time I get on the computer my first impulse is to go to facebook, that's not good. If I'm doing something I'll think a thought and want to make it my status. So clearly Facebook had now begun to influence how I THINK..
And that solidifies my decision. I will go back again maybe in a few months but I hope by that time I will have made sure Facebook doesn't have such influence on my life.
