Theatrical fragment, from a play by unknown author, late XXth/ early XXIst century, as reconstructed by XXXXth century paleographers from a manuscript unearthed from what was probably the tomb of a princess of the lost kingdom of Virginia:
Tori the Amos:
I guess I'm an underwater thing
I'm liquid running
there's a sea secret in me
it's plain to see it is rising
Exit Tori the Amos.
Ani DiFranco:
But the trouble with water is
she'll always leave you for gravity
i never even told you
i had a crush on you or anything
oh, yeah
hell yeah
Choirgirl Hotel choirgirls:
oh, yeah
hell yeah
exeunt omnes

we do what we can to keep from screaming, slipping into a coma, accidentally brushing with hemmorhoid ointment, etc.
(incidentally, wasn't there a [possibly apocryphal] fragment in which Marianne [the Faithful] murders the children of Mick [the Jagger] & flies off in an Audi drawn by Dragons....? maybe I'm thinking of something else...)
thanks for the comment, stop by again, often. I am quicly making friends here, and am amazed by the ease of it all. I can't think of a better compliment than to be compared to Hobbes...I packed away all my friggin books, and now I want to read some C and H RIGHT NOW.
-aaaugh.
