today was one of my longest on record at work...i'd like to say i know that it's all going to be for the good, but life just doesn't work that way, you know? my district manager is on vacation this week and i am running the district and my own store at the same time...i feel so stressed that i might burst into hysterical laughter at any moment. the one thing i can say is that all those who scrutinize my actions in positions above me will never know any of this, because my persona to them will be cool...like fonzie.


i have a day off tomorrow and it's almost entirely spoken for.. at least the evening will be great.. sarah maclachlan with another 6 great people? what could be better? (besides some spare time, a social life not parceled out in small sips, and washboard abs...but i digress.)

so how was everyone elses monday? can anyone top my stress level at present? i'd love to commiserate with you...off to bed, thank god for electric fans, i swear it's 80 degrees in my house right now. both my cats looked decidedly pissed off at me when i walked in. i guess wearing all that fur would be a bit of a drag this time of year. does anyone know where snow has been and if she's doing ok?
