Okay, I am on the quest for new roommates (again). But this time I'm the grown-up and the one on the lease. ah, responsibility....
I put out an ad on craigslist, and have so far arranged for several people to come by and check the place out tomorrow and next week. I've always thought the roommate-hunting process to be a silly little dance that most of us succumb to performing at some point or another. I really like my current roommates; the three of us get along well and the apartment has good energy. I just hope the next folks who live with me will be cool, you know?

One of them is just a bitter person. Complains all the time. But she also has a lot of health problems so I try to understand. I can't imagine what it is like to always be in pain all the time.
Another is just very loud and has company over all the time. All the time.
I actually get along pretty good with the last one. She is very bright and funny. Probably doesn't hurt that she spends a lot of time in her room though.
