Well, vacation was great. We had a wonderful time! Depression gone! Went back to work on Thursday and have slowly been getting back into things.

Today I did the first road race (cycling) of the season. At mile 18, this girl in front of me and to the left obviously touched wheels with someone ahead of her or locked up her brakes and started swerving all over. I thought she was going to be able to stay upright but noooo. She went down and there was nothing I could do. I ran over her and flipped going about 25 mph. I am okay but have a headache and will be taking it easy for a couple of days. I'll be at home all day tomorrow and will catch up on all the journals and girlies. My head hurts.
