Whew! It has been a busy week! Yesterday I went out on the bike team ride for the first time in months. This was with the road bike racing team I ride for. I had forgotten how much fun it can be - suffering and all! Got to see some people I hadn't seen in a while. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I need to get out with the team more often.
