There's a student show at my school this Friday, from 7 to 9; if you're looking for something to do, check it out, it's free of course and there'll be things to eat and punch to spike.
I'll have one painting, one triptych and one animation at the show, should be pretty good.
here's the address to the school:

I'll try to come by yours on Friday...
see, I had a light blue/grey fitted t-shirt and pinstriped pants with my wing-tipped 8 hole Docs on.
Michelle's piece was in there, she's still workin' at RMCAD, I've seen Shannon's stuff before at the Annex, the woman who did the knitted pieces coming out of the tin enclosures had a show at the school gallery last fall I believe. It was comforting knowing so many of the showing artists. I'm usually so bad with names, too.
I came to the Andenken after they booted us out of the MCArt at *9*. That was a bit of a letdown, biggest night for them in two years - no food, no drink, close the museum by 9. Gah. A former teacher of mine, Bob Koons made it into the biennial, so a 'hell yeah' to him.
I'll see if I can make it on Sunday. My brother used to work at that place. I bet if I bleach my hair and wear dopey glasses like his, they'll all think I'm him and...do something.
Oh which one is your piece downstairs? It's not the phallic piece by the ramp, is it?
You weren't at the Andneken Halloween party, were you? I have to thank whoever dressed up as little red riding hood for the.., "magic" cookies.
