Wide-Grip Pull-Up: 3 sets of 12
Spiderman push-ups: 3 sets of 12
Medicine ball push ups: set of 8, 7, and 6
Bent Over Barbell Row: 3 sets of 8
Russian Twist: 35lbs plate sets of 15, 13, and 12
Side Plank: 30 seconds each side x 2
Plank: 30 seconds x 2
Hammer Dumbbell Curl: 25lbs 3 sets of 15... this hurts like a bitch...
Dumbbell Flyes: 25lbs 3 sets of 12
yeahhhh.. today was the first day. it sucked. tomorrow is going to be pretty shit as well.. intense treadmill cardio interval.
