my boss came in and decreased my pay by $1.00 an hour, yuppers, I've been there 14 yrs, in fact the 22nd was my 14 year anniversary date and this is what they give me, I haven't had a raise in a good 5 years, I bust my ass, put up with clients and co workers shit, and try to do my best running a salon. and this is how they say Thank You...."you've been getting paid a lot by company standards for a long time now, since we were bought out, and you've been lucky they didn't do this a long time ago (yeah I feel soooo fucking lucky right now) hopefully we won't have to go back in a take another dollar out of your pay"
WTF????? yeah....I might end up making $2.00 less an hour in a few months.
I've got bills and debt up the ass, and can barely get by every month, and need a God damned raise....and they fucking take money away!
