So, tonight i saw the most kickass hip-hop show i've seen in awhile. I am definately a huge (new) fan of project lotus. It was a bunch of local bands getting together, rockin out, live poetry slam, reggae and hip-hop. I'm a sucker for that type of stuff, esp poetry slams (explains my mezzane bar rat status). Anyhow, the night was awesome, even without Brother Ali (who ducked out on the show a day before it was scheduled....grrrr).
I do love hip-hop though, i cant say enough good about it. I love it's spontaneity, when it's done right. Well, prepping for my 36 hour work weekend again...so sleep tight all...
