Country Fair was grand ...beautiful people everywhere. Friday was a little rough, carrying my 3yo all day after I was up 'til four the night before (notice my gushing early AM posts in your journals). Saturday I roamed sans famille ...running into friends all day, yoga in Dharma Garden, lots of cool handmade stuff (ceramic pie plate --no more teflon home-shopping crap from mom, YAY!--- , mongo sized tea mug with lid, shirts for the kids, Mara (great local artist) prints and finally a new dumbek to replace the broken one I had purchased at fair so, so many years ago ---now I can finally do some justice to those middle eastern rhythms I've been playing with; now just need a belly dancer to harmonize with me). On sunday I took the kids and sent mama to play there for the da. Today she has the kids and I'm off to go play in some old growth.
