:: vegan cupcakes ::

what better way to procrastinate than to make vegan cupcakes?

i have this cookbook:

vegan cupcakes take over the world

i got it on the release date and had it...autographed? haha!

but i've only ever really made the chocolate ones! anyone out there experiment with this business? i really wanna try the ones with filling in the middle but that seems like a rather intense endeavor! plus i need to get busy and start sending cupcakes to friends! frostedplacebo, bee and cake are in dire need methinks and my friend "the wrigley," or hayley vomit to those privy to the world of roller derby has a birthday on the horizon and she could probably use some carrot ones...hm.

encouragement and suggestions appreciated! especially those on mailing cupcakes sans smooshing!

[i have some ideas, i made some cupcakes with pentagrams on them that i was able to transport in my bike bag to cheer up a friend without mussing the frosting, but it involved two heavy duty baking pans. gotta find a more sendable way...]

and in the similar artists radio got these guys who totally live up to their name:

The Fucking Champs

with a description like: "The Fucking Champs are adventure music, plain and simple." how can you not immediately go out and buy their vinyl? i for one went with the urge.
