So.... anyway no doubt you're all here to look at the pretty ladies - hell that's why I'm here - but just in case you accidently stumble on my profile here's a bit about me...
Well if career defines you then I guess I'm a computer person. For the non-geek no point explaingin beyond that - but for those in the know I'm a Network Administrator so I'm the guy who blocks you from seeing this site at work
But I like to think I'm more than my job - my principal passion at the moment is making comics, and I've had a long run of comics in my name over the last few years in the Australian small press circuit, notably my 'Something Wierd Horror Anthology' about to go into it's 3rd year and 5th issue. I guess I have some small portion of notierity from this - but quickly overshadowed by the likes of Ben Templesmith and Ashley Wood. (Yes I live in the same city as these guys but no we don't really know each other - the mainstream work these guys get means they don't have a lot of time for small press anymore!) I can draw OK - still a long way to go but getting there; managed to piss off a lot of Americans year before last by winning a Small Press Idol competition in '05 - heh - but yeah there's definately better artists around than me. Which is why I like doing anthologies - I pick up a lot of fresh talent, get them to actually finish something, and get them thier first published work. It's a great boon to feel like I've got someone started on the right track.
I've slowed down a bit lately though - I've taken on a bit much at times and I've hit the big D - so I've gotta take a step back for awhile and get my life sorted out before taking on anything new. Being sick doesn't help - it's like a vicious cycle - am I depressed because I'm sick - or sick because I'm depressed- aargh! Well I'm working my way through it.
Anyway speaking of work better get back to that... a bit more of my story later.
