I think we may have found a house!!!! This place is the shit--4 beds, pool, skylights, nice garage, cabana building outside, spacious deck, completely remodeled, but....it needs new carpeting throughout the downstairs (apparently the previous owners re-modeled to that point and ran out of money and thus, lost the house). But, fuck it, we're making an offer on it--not "low-ball" but a decent offer, it's in a very nice neighborhood (the one I grew up in!) so we're not going to get it for a song. So anyways, I'm like mondo-excited
So does anyone have exciting plans this weekend?
