I have just, very nicely, been given a huge tub of Roses chocolates by a client...a lovely gesture indeed and one that was much appreciated. So, being the kind wonderful person I am wink, I decided to open them up and share them around...and what do I find nestled within this box of sugary delights? SCANDAL! That's what!

You see it would seem that Roses...

One of the many things I adore about other people are their "things" (no not like that! Pshaw, get your mind out of the gutter you mucky pup!), their individual peculiarities, the stupid inconsequential little trivialities that amuse or annoy them and the, often borderline OCD and anal, things they do...examples? Allow me to elucidate (I love that word tongue)

My sister, who I share...

Today was a good day...well, it was as far as World of Warcraft was concerned anyway tongue

After *months* of not being able to get online for raids because of something so foolish as work (pffft! priorities tongue) I have just had a most enjoyable time raiding...started off with Onyxia (who was killed...or "wtfpwned" to use the vernacular) then moved on to Molten Core where, after...

I went out for a meal last night with some friends, it was a very nice restaurant we went to...a favourite of mine, however upon our arrival one of our number uttered the words I fear and loathe when in a restaurant; "set menu".

Why fear and loathe? Simple, I fear the other members of the perty aggreeing that such a stupid notion is a...

Urgh! I hate that and quite possibly would hurt anyone that tried to make me have a set menu (unless it was through choice coz i'm a broke student!). But at my favourite (Prezzo an Italian) I would have none of it! Although saying that all the food so far has been great... gradually working our way through the menu! biggrin

Yesterday's Beaver & Steve comic keeps making me laugh...a lot biggrin

*chortle* I love the little sound effects in this series...and if you've yet to read of the meat fairy, time travelling escapades, or rampaging giant cockroaches with a persecution complex then you'd do well to read through the archives...heeheehee ^_^

Remember what I said yesterday (and if you don't just read it :/) about Hollywood instilling some craftsmanship in it's movies again? As if in answer to my plea I saw this shortly after.

I have never tried Sushi...which, as someone who adores everything Japanese so utterly, seems quite odd. It's not that I haven't had the chance or anything, there's actually a really good Japanese restaurant in Cambridge, but whenever I go I always stick to Ramen or something, why not Sushi? Simple; I fucking *hate* fish!

And I mean HATE, i'm a notoriously picky eater at the...

I have an issue with people who refer to themselves in the third person...I find it ever so slightly unsettling :/. Sure it's ok to use if you're a writer and are using it to further narrative or add drama or something, and maybe saying it to be cute or witty or something? Fine. But constantly doing it in normal conversation is just fucking creepy!...

I talk about myself in the third person quite often and most people don't consider me to be creepy... I hope frown

Did you see the Bo Selecta sketch where his parody and that of the other third-person culprit, Daniel Bedingfield were doing an own name-singing duet? biggrin
