Why do I suffer from depression?
I don't feel like I really have a right to. Although it's been confirmed medically.
I have a great life. Husband who loves me and whom I adore (despite problems that we continue to work through) , adorable 2 1/2 year old that I wouldn't trade for the world. I live in a beautiful homethat we own, have a job with a good wage and great benefits. And I have the best friends on earth. I do wish all my friends lived closer, thank god for the ones who DO live close.
So the anti-depressants have been bumped up (although I haven't done it officially yet because I'm afraid of the side effect of decreased sex drive). And I've been referred to a psychiatrist.
Let's hope this helps!
Is nice to be able to blog about it here. I don't talk about it anywhere else, except to a few close friends and the hubby.
Thanks SG! Lol

Just keep in mind that finding and maintaining the balance is a journey. I don't always feel happy, but when I do my meds are working. Stay thirsty my friend.
