I haven't been paid from either work, or PFL since January 4th. I called PFL on Tuesday and the lady told me "Oh, I see that you haven't been paid, don't worry, I'll send it out tomorrow" (direct quote). We got a letter in the mail today saying that January 4th was my last eligible payment and I wouldn't be receiving any more checks.

Jeff talked to the payroll lady at work, and she said that my maternity leave ran out on the 4th as far as they were concerned. He mentioned that we specifically planned all of this with the HR lady, but apparently she's on vacation...of course.

Now some bills are overdue, and our rent is supposed to come out of the checks we are supposed to get on the 21st. All we will get is Jeff's pay, minecwont kick back in until February 7th.

I'm freaking out.

I know I'm not blameless in this, but with all the meetings we went to with HR, you'd think that it would have come up that I was taking longer than I was allotted. UGH!!!!
