The workout plan starts today.
I will do this. I will keep this up. I will succeed.
There are no if's, and's, or but's.
I will also eat healthier. Starting now. If there's no other option, and we have to do fast food, I will order a salad. At home, I'll eat the small portions I used to eat (as was quite content with), and I will eat the veggies first, then continue on if I'm still hungry.
I have no doubt that this will fix everything that's wrong in my life. And really, I couldn't be more excited.

Well I ask because I used to get these really bad pounding headaches that would last most of the day. Turns out it was from having low blood O2 levels from sleep apnea.
