As of today, I have been to the gym 3 times since last Friday. (Friday, Sunday, and today which is Wednesday). And I feel GREAT! Each day I've run on the ellyptical for 25 minutes and done the bike for 20-25 minutes. If it ends up working well with my schedule, I'm definitely going to go at least one more day a week.
I need to get some weights thrown in there somewhere, but it'll happen. As soon as we get some extra cash I'm gonna do a few sessions with a personal trainer at my gym so I know exactly what my routine should be. I'm so glad that the switch finally clicked in my head making me want to go.

And I want to get down to around 170. Which is quite a bit, but I'm going slow...so my current goal is to be down 2 sizes by September when we go to Las Vegas to celebrate Jeff's 30th Birthday.

Once I lose some (hopefully) I'll actually fill in the blanks lol, but keep me in your "happy thoughts" and I know I'll be able to do it!
Oh, and I'm also going to try to cut down the amounts of food that I eat, and we're trying to stop eating at fast food places as much. It's crazy, because of my weight loss surgery almost 6 years ago, I still can't anywhere near as much as Jeff, or even any of my female friends, but I still have gained. So I'm going to try to cut my portions down even more and eat a bit healthier.

Im tryin to do it too! I am hoping that I will stay motivated enough to lose my weight and keep it off... not because i want to be skinny but because I want to be healthy. Weight loss is really just a side affect of becoming healthier for me.
