Glad to hear about the Navy Seal team killing Bin Laden, it took them a while but they got him and that is all that matters. Hopefully this will bring some comfort to the people who have lost loved ones through out these past 9 1/2 years. Thank you to all who have served this country & sacrificed their time and their lives defending America.

Haven't had a lot of free time lately & it's not getting any easier but I'm glad I have a job. I've got to make around 500 desserts for Easter Sunday brunch at the club & I'm excited to do it. I've proven myself and now I get to make desserts instead of the exec. chef buying them.

We had some severe storms come through our area this weekend, biggest hail I've ever seen. $6,000 dollars in damage to my car. Just my luck!

Its weird though to look at them and see barely any tattoos. lol

Well, I got the new job! It seems very promising; everyone in the kitchen works every station, kind of like a rotation. You cant get bored when you do something different everyday. I was told that I will be the main person doing desserts & that works out perfect for me, Ive missed it!
