I had an Upper Endoscopy this morning and I found out that I have a condition that is called Barret Esophagus; which can lead to esophagus cancer if not proper taken care of. The doctor gave me a list of foods to avoid and it's everything I love to eat like chocolate, sweets, and coffee drinks. Im a pastry chef at heart and me not eating those foods just isnt going to happen.
