Nearly time to think about my New Year Resolutions.
Or rather, what ONE small thing can i alter in my life to have a positive impact.
I used to do the whole 'this year I'm going to get thin/fit/learn a new language/get up earlier/add any number of big obvious changes that I'll do for a couple of days/weeks and then give up on, but last year I decided to do one thing.
And what was that thing i hear you think?
To eat something green with every meal.
And [ unless its been something that I haven't cooked ] generally I've managed it.
So this year i need something similar.
Trouble is I can't think of anything yet.

I don't have resolute resolutions as such but low-level background radiation type of things I want to do - the trick is to maintain the presence of the idea without getting stressed over it. Fore xample over the course of the year I thought through which charities I'd actually like to support now rather than those who badger money out of me all the time through endless badgering. I also maximised the tax relief and got my company to match my contribution through a scheme they have. So now I don't get the hassle of the phone calls/mailings/raffle ticket/product catalogues and they get more than twice as much money.
