I haven't done a proper workout in at least a few months (aside from my once-per-week dancing, which I've been skipping recently), so when I was grocery shopping yesterday, I decided to finally buy some natural pre-workout and protein powder to help get me in the right direction. I took the pre-workout, then worked out for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, which I would say is pretty good considering how little I've worked out recently! Unfortunately, I got about 4 hours of sleep, and haven't been able to fall back asleep. Why do I have so much energy right now?? xD
