Wow. I haven't written anything here in a long ass time. For the record, I am not dead. Let's see. What has happened in Tanner's world in the past 2 months?
How sad is it that I have really nothing that has happened in the past 2 months?
I've got a job interview on Monday on campus. It's an office assistant job in some random department that has nothing to do with anything that I'm interested in, and quite possibly stands for everything I'm against. I'd know if it did or not if I knew what department it was. I just know what office I'm going to. I figure I can bite my toungue and file shit no matter what evil department I happen to be working for. It's just a way to begin saving money for when the loan surplus I currently live off of runs out. I'm planning, come summer, to work as many as 3 jobs to get a nice little stockpile of money for the new apartment that I'm moving into with my best friend, Mike, in August. The saving of money is made easiery by the ongoing social experiment that is my life. I am currently, as of Monday, in the midst of one year without purchasing any items that are not vital for survival. This means that I can buy food, shelter, minimal amounts of clothing(only when absolutely necessary), and once or twice a week some alcohol(it's a mental health necessity, trust me). Considering the amount of money I usually spend on things that don't fall in those categories, I should end up saving a shit-ton of money.
Oh well, I have nothing else to say except sorry to hear about the job thing, Sophie.
