so i found my samurai stikfa passed out on my desk this morning... apparently the duties of defending my computer against the onslaught of the world's evils was too much and he drank one of those sample bottles of knob creek all by himself.
i'm proud of the little bugger - that's a lot of bourbon in one night for something that's barely 3 inches tall, but still the world's most articulable toy.
in other news, today is the day to think of things that make you smile.
for me, a short list for now:
-warm apple cider
-new discoveries
-using a bath towel right out of the dryer
-those moments when you realize you're alive
-being silly like a 5 year-old
-realizing how much of a dork you are because you nearly walked out of the house wearing your jacket inside out
-singing out of tune at the top of my lungs while driving to work
... and speaking of work...

I've been eating _really_ well here, but I haven't had a sourdough bowl with clam chowder here yet. Is that a touristy thing?

I'm finding myself more interested in the latex parties than the clam chowder. Although I have been eating quite well. Gotta stop that, I'm gaining a bit of poundage. Only in the right places of course.
