Feeling pretty down about yesterday. Didn't end up working out at all and completely binged in the afternoon.

Well then I guessI've done better than I thought. Only 15 days in and I've lost 6 lbs and 1 dress size

So I have worked out everyday for over a week now. Sadly I haven't gotten to the losing weight part yet, still gaining I think, but that's ok. I'm ok with that. It won't be long now.
