Hello hello cats and kittens!! I have been awfully bad lately, it seems I haven't blogged in a little over a month. Oops! If you know me, you know I usually keep a pretty active blog, but I've just been a little busy lately. Some work, some play. I've been apartment hunting, which can be difficult in Atlanta, and after all the searching I've decided to stay in my current complex and upgrade to a two bedroom. My boyfriend and I are both comic and figure collectors, so we have a lot of stuff we don't have room to display. And between my growing cosplay hobby, and his beer brewing we really could use the extra bedroom. And they best part is I'll have a bed to offer all my lady friends that want to visit Atlanta! Yay!!
Although I haven't been steadily blogging, my Instagram pictures have been posting on here to give you a little taste of what I've been up to. You may have seen that I worked at the Ink & Arts Music Festival, which was a blast. I got to spend the day working with a model new to Atlanta, and meet a bunch of really cool local artist, it was a great time.
Halloween happened. I worked that night, but got off early enough to go out for a few hours. Mia Wallace & Vincent Vega.
My mum threw a Halloween party on Saturday. My friend Lauren and I took our decorating job of spiderwebbing very seriously.
Something else exciting that happened! Little miss @episkey got hitched! She was so kind to invite me to her beautiful ceremony. It was short and sweet and full of love. Just like her!
The Decatur Craft Beer Festival was a couple of weeks ago, and it was great! I've attended every year since I turned 21. It's always a really fun time with the best kind of people. That's my mum to my right.
My second most favourite weekend in Atlanta happened. Gay pride!! I was only able to attend the festivities on Sunday, but that's the best day anyways. The weather was perfect this year, and I ran into so many familiar faces. It's just a day of all smiles and positivity, and those are the best kinds of days.
Logan Leblanc at Cherry St Ink gave me the most incredible Jon Snow piece. I've posted this picture before, but I just wanted to show it off one more time. I can't wait to get the other thigh done!
Last night the Beautiful ladies of the Blackheart Burlesque put on one hell of a show. It was so great to see so many of my fellow Atlanta SG's and hopeful's. Most of them I've met just over the past year, and my life would not be the same without them. If you haven't seen the show yet, there are still some more cities left, so don't miss it!
I guess that about wraps it up. Everything else has been, working, apartment hunting, rock climbing, running, and playing Shadows of Mordor with all my free time.
One last thing, I have a brand new set hitting member review this Sunday! I think around 7pm. I can't wait to share it all with you. It was shot in April when I was in Columbus for Hell City. @sobelle did a seriously kick ass job with this set, and on Sunday I'll be posting a blog with all kinds of bts goodies. Have this little teaser to enjoy until Sunday.
And if you just can't wait, remember you can always check out DIANA shot by @michaelmae which is currently still in MR. A huge thank you to everyone who has loved and commented on it thus far. It's one of my favourite sets, and I'm just thrilled that everyone loved it as much as I do.
Love you all! Happy hunting!
