Well look who snuck into MR when nobody was looking?!?
Super excited to see my set "Raw" by @lavonne up in Member Review! We shot this set a little while ago, and have both been so busy there wasn't a chance to share it … til now! The vintage feel of the set, and prep makes it an easy "throwback" and I don't mind at all that I have fewer tattoos than I do now. This set is like a moment in time, much like the vintage setting, and clothing that inspired it.
In keeping with Lavonne's wish to celebrate the "perfectly imperfect" by refraining from heavy handed photoshop techniques, these photos have been edited using an app called "Afterlight". I'm really pleased with the results, and couldn't be prouder of Lavonne, and her choice to highlight natural beauty.
Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to share their comments, and show some "love" for our set! Working with @Lavonne is a fantastic experience, and I feel very lucky to have had the chance to create photosets with her. It's because of this site that we met, and now I get to call her, and her lovely family my friends. This set is a result of that friendship, and I am so happy we can (finally) share it with you!
