I feel anxious sometimes also. If I find a good cure, Ill let you know. Your trip to the river reminds me of how much I need to run off to the woods right now. I shrivel up if I dont run off into nature every day or few days. It has a horrible effect on me, and I get worse and worse until I go to some beuatiful spot in the woods to renew.
