It’s been a while since the last time I talked about animations here, I wanted to share with you my favorites from the last ones I watched ♥️
Kakegurui
High school animes usually don't hold me very much but kakegurui surprised me a lot
The story takes place at Hyakkaou Private Academy, an elite high-class school that houses the children of Japan's wealthiest and most influential people and future leaders and professionals among the student body. However, the student's hierarchy in this school is not determined by academic performance or athletic ability, but by betting.
Avatar the last airbender
It is true that I watched it a few times during school time because it was on open TV, but I never stopped to follow the complete story; it interested me because a friend told me it was his favorite cartoon and I loved it too
The series is presented in a style that combines Japanese anime with American cartoons and draws on the visuals of Southeast Asian, Inuit and New World societies. The series follows the protagonists, the 12-year-old boy Aangde and his friends, who need to bring peace and harmony to the world by ending the Fire Nation war with the rest of the world.
The Wind Rises
This movie didn't catch me the first time I watched it so I stopped at the beginning, but as I decided to watch all the Ghibli films, I decided to give it another try after many years, and it really surprised me because it is the first Ghibli biography film that I watched;Jiro Horikoshi is a young man who lives in a city in the interior of Japan. He dreams of flying in a bird-shaped plane. From that dream, Jiro decides that building an airplane as he wishes and putting it in the air is the goal of his life.
