here in Brazil we have both, unfortunately in the city where I live none works properly, when I went after my health problem in 2020 they just told me it was normal and they sent me back home, so I looked for private help and spent a lot with that and I still don't have a diagnosis / solution (now I know I could have died if I listened to them), I believe that a GOOD education can give people the chance to seek better quality health services and improve a society as a whole , but in both cases the government would have already improved on something if it wanted to...

i think i never ate real vanilla (only artificial) so chocolate

I found out that I don’t really feel like sweets unless it’s a well-crafted drink or dessert, so salt because baked potatoes with simple seasoning makes me happy
