cooking pot roast for the first time.
the vic... er, i mean friends i invited over to dinner should be arriving around 5-6.
then the eating and drinking of wine, beer, cocktails.
hope the roast gets done on time, i have this bad habit of trying to cook new things and they take twice as long to cook than the recipe says.
still pot roast seems easy enough, just get the meat brown and start throwing stuff in the pot with it.

on a totally different subject, bills still suck.
