wow, what a RUBS week 
aggghhh!
OK that's off my chest! I haven't been to aikido for moths cos I have been working allll the hours doing every whim of my PhD supervisors. I do not really have a life anymore. Everything I need in the lab is breaking and I am fast running out of time. OK that stuff ain't real problems, i can cure all that with an evening surfin!
my real problem: I saw a flippin ghost in my flat you guys!!!!!!

WOW, i seriously WISH i was that ripped! I do have a bit of a metal gaze about me though! Maybe I should make my first SB-boy album a Rocky themed one? any takers?!
