Several interesting things...
Renee gave these small umbrellas at 12th Night as special favors. They were actually working umbrellas but a child's toy, so more like parasol size. The plastic wrapping on them said, "Choking Hazard - This toy is a marble." Ummmm.. what? O_o
It takes about 6 hours to actually tab a semester's worth of reading in two complete anthologies of American and British literature.
I discovered in my American Lit class today that apparently, there are people who are vehemently opposed to writing in books... I don't mean like plagarizing a book or writing, "Moliere really pumps my nads" in it, but writing notes in the margins while you're reading or highlighting. I'm not sure that I understand that. And it's not that they're opposed to it, because of the resale value. It's a violent hatred of people who write in books. I'm not sure I could make it through school much less have learned how to play RPG's if I didn't write in my books.
Bonus Points for the person who can identify the quote in that last paragraph, who said it and where it came from.
