So I am in Korea, the southern portion, no worries, not a commie yet. For those of you who don't know I am out..........of the Marine Corps. Anyhow so I am here right now for a job, and I just wanted to remark on one of several things that I have found so fascinating about world travel since I have left. It isn't the new camera I have that I have been snapping photos of left and right( soon to come) and it isnt the journal I keep which somehow suppresses the pangs of homesickness. No, I would like to talk to you about our magic rental car. We recieved our car sans dents and dings, one or two minor scratches. Since having been here we have struck nary a thing, I would not bullshit you guys. However when we go back to our parked car int he morning it seems some roguish band of night weasels has come out with the saws and hammers and chisels and decided to do their own version of "Pimp my Ride." Fuck a doodle doo what is going on? I really don't think anyone else gives half a shit about anyone elses car in this beautiful country. I wouldn't say its a slight against them as it is just an observation, because really when you think about it we as US citizens take our cars way too seriously, when we could be thinking about better ways to vote on certain state propositions, who the fuck knows, right? Anyhow thats all for now campers. Miss you bunches. OOH and does anyone know of a place for some inspirations online, besides porn ( I have tried that already), I need material to help focus the writing.
And Happy Birthday to my Marine Corps. if you know a Marine young or old, say Happy Birthday, you'll more than likely get a s mile and some swear words
