I just finished watching "The 100 Scariest Movie Moments" on Bravo . Most of their moments were pretty good . The demonic little Excorsist girl spinning her head around. The shark eating the skinny dipper in Jaws . I'll even buy the shriveled corpse guy from Seven coming alive when the cop is examining him . What I REFUSE to accept is THE FLYING MONKEYS FROM WIZARD OF OZ!!!!!! Don't get me wrong , monkeys are nature's most vicious killing machines . FLYING monkeys are something straight out of Satan's worst nightmare . THOSE flying monkeys , however , were NOT scary . I'll tell you why... 'cause they wear vests and little fez hats .

They look like hairy little Shriners coming out of the sky . What are they gonna' do , try and collect money for the March Of Dimes from you???? Give them a freakin' quarter and they'll fly off to the next person .

Now , when I perfect my legion of flying cyborg monkeys , they'll be sporting black leather jumpsuits with a Skull and crossbones logo and spikes and barbed wire on them . They'll also be wearing one of those giant foam cowboy hats . That's so when they swoop out of the sky their victim's first reaction will be "Why is that terrifying flying death monkey wearing a giant orange cowboy hat???" By the time they come to their senses it will be too late . If that's why the Wizard Of Oz monkeys had colorful little outfits on , then it's pure genius . Somehow though I think the director was just denied membership to the Shriners and wanted to get back at them all for snubbing him .

Now I forgot what I actually wanted to say . Oh well...
