My car, Yuki, got broken into today. She was parked right in front of my apartment building. I guess that's what happens when you live in Vancouver. This is the second time she's been violated (aka broken into) in the last year. Luckily nothing was stolen (I don't keep anything of value in her) but the drivers side lock was broken. Looks like I'll be entering my car from the passenger seat from now on.
I feel quite hurt. It's an invasion of my property. Luckily I believe in karma and I believe that the universe will take care of revenge for me. If by some random chance I find out who did this, I can always put a hex on them.
Sorry for the debbie downer post, hopefully tomorrow, I'll have something more up beat to write about.

usually it happens when it's locked away in a "secured" underground parkade, but then there are douchebags that will go for whatever they can wherever it is.
That said, there's not much you can do outside of leaving NOTHING in the car, putting a club on it and leaving all the little doors closed tight. That's my general suggestion to people and it DOES help... but is it worth the headache?
