I've been keeping busy. Forcing myself to keep busy and still unable to do as much as I would like to because I just become so overwhelmed with being alone. It has been really amazing to read the comments everyone has had about my set "Warped". It seems people either are disgusted or hate it or love it or totally confused but it has definetly been one of my sets that people have been the most responsive to. Dinner with Michelle was yummy. We went to Nirvana which is this fabulous little Burmese restaurant. She brought me this beautiful hand made scarf for my b day. Rocco didn't make it. He was actually hanging out with Heather. It's really hard as Heather and I have so many friends in common and it is a little difficult right now dealing with who gets to hang out with who when and not wanting there to be sides to take or anything. Later that night I watched Midori do this amazing Japanese Bondage installation and performance in the Flux gallery in the Castro incorporating rope, bamboo, flower arangement, and really beautiful museum jewelry pieces. It was pretty amazing. Friday I worked on fixing up the gallery and then my friend Matt and I went to my friend Katy's dinner party where she made all of this amazing vegan stuff - like yummy vegan cornbread, chili, and a really great salad( and I don't usually eat salad) and then of course there were tofutti cuties for desert. Yesterday I helped install art work at the gallery, brought track lighting in for the gallery, and I was on this panel on 2257 and how it is effecting us through right wing censorship, not only as adult content providers but as consumers and how now new bills are even regulating implied sexual behavior so for instance it would be illegal for you to post a hot heated scene from Blue Lagoon on your blog if you don't have ids for the actors on record proving that they were of age durring the making of that scene. It's really pretty insane. Anyway.. I was one of the panelists and it went well. Although there were a couple people who basically monopolized the discussion.
