Burlesque at the Lex was soo much fun last night. Holly came out for the festivities which is always a joy and it was Bliss and Bombshell Betty's birthday and they did some very hot performances. Bombshell Betty was so beautiful and did this amazing number with long opera length black gloves and then party hats and sparklers swinging around on her ta ta's. We made some money for the gallery and I got to hang out with some swell people and I think it went pretty well I might have to say. Today the house hold here at my humble abode is painting. It is an official painting day. I will be so happy to see the place all fixed up and painted and homey. I'm getting a cold..again. I'm trying to rid myself of it quickly before NYC approaches. I will be in the city from the 12th of November to the 19th and Monica will be there this time which I'm very excited about. I'm waiting to hear from this touring art show to see if I got in to do spoken word. I'm kinda nervous. I really want to get it. It would be $2000 for a month of me touring around the country performing spoken word at really awesome venues. They were supposed to make the deciscion last nite soo..I"m just waiting to hear now. Also the grant deciscion has been made and we are waiting to hear if we recieve funding ..and we should find out within two weeks. I hate waiting. I'm going to try to stay busy and not think about it.
